Hi, I'm Chris.
I’m the Business Development Director for Larson Gross and serve on the firm’s Operations Leadership Team. I’m responsible for driving growth and work closely with firm leadership on organizational strategy and growth initiatives.
I connect clients, prospective clients and referral sources throughout Washington to the firm’s assurance, tax, and advisory services. I work with clients and prospects in the agribusiness, construction, manufacturing/distribution, life sciences, nonprofit, professional services and technology industries. I’m responsible for leading all aspects of the business development process and work in collaboration with marketing, specialty group, and line of business leaders in identifying opportunities, building effective teams and developing an enthusiastic practice development culture.
Prior to joining Larson Gross, I spent more than 15 years in professional services marketing and business development roles including local, regional, and national accounting and financial services firms.
I am a contributing member of the Business Advisory team and work with growing organizations to maximize enterprise value ahead of a transition, whether it be leadership succession or the eventual sale of the enterprise. I’ve spent years learning and executing the EOS™ process and have helped companies and leadership teams clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision through formalized strategic planning and true accountability.
