Put Your Construction Accounting and Finance Skills to Use Chad Fisher Construction, a successful and well-established commercial construction-based business located in Burlington, Wa, is seeking a team-oriented leader, problem solver, and strategic thinker to manage all accounting and finance activities. Primary Responsibilities include: • Financial Analysis and Monthly Financial Statement Production • Budgeting and Forecasting • Cash Management • Accounts Receivable and Contract Review • Accounts Payable • Payroll • Tax Reporting and Compliance • Banking and Reconciliations • Development and oversight of financial policies and procedures • Oversight of Administrative/Accounting Staff • Other Responsibilities as Assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business • Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience; Construction Industry and Contract Experience a Plus • Management/supervisory experience • Thorough understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), systems and methods • Proficiency with MS Office applications and Accounting Software • Proven initiative and follow-through with drive for constant improvement • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational and analytical skills This is a full-time, salaried position. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, but requires some flexibility when workload demands it. Salary and Benefits: Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
