Client Opportunity-Accounting and Operations Manager

Put Your Accounting, Operations and People Management Skills to Use! Mount Baker Roofing, headquartered in Bellingham, Wa, is looking for a team-oriented leader, problem solver and strategic thinker to help manage accounting/finance, operations and administrative activities. Primary Responsibilities include: • Review and verify accuracy of financial data and reports • Budgeting and Cash Flow • Monitor compliance • Banking • AP and AR oversight • Filing of Liens • Payroll Review and Approval • Insurance • Employee benefits renewal and oversight • Supervise Administrative/Accounting Staff and Estimators • Other Responsibilities as Assigned Qualifications: • Bachelors degree with coursework in Accounting Preferred • Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience; Construction Industry experience a plus • Management/supervisory experience with effective interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency with MS Office applications and Quickbooks • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Hunger to learn and grow This is a full-time position.
