Administrative Assistant

This role works full-time during peak periods (Jan-April, Sept/Oct) and reduces to part-time (2 days per week) the remainder of the year. Core Job Responsibilities: • Assembly, delivery and electronic submission of client tax returns • Assembly of financial statements • Set up client files and prepare annual tax organizers/letters • Sort, alphabetize, and store client information • Scan and/or Insert Documents into Electronic Storage System • Maintain and purge off-site archive storage • Assist with scanning and assembly of other client deliverables • Assist Administrative Staff with various duties • Other duties as assigned Requirements • Requires graduation from high school or equivalent, College Coursework Preferred. • At least two (2) years of administrative experience, prior experience working in a CPA firm a plus. • Proficient with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn other software programs quickly. • Superb verbal and written communication skills with the ability to proofread and edit documents. • Top notch organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask. • Detail oriented with a commitment to produce consistently accurate work. • Positive and friendly with a service-oriented focus. • Independent problem solver with the ability to work as a collaborative member of multiple teams.
