Hi, I'm Robert.
As the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO), I am responsible for developing, executing, and managing the Human Resources strategy and operations for Larson Gross.
I received my Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors in Human Resources from Western Washington University and have earned my Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designations. Also, I currently serve as President of Washington State SHRM.
Outside of work I enjoy attending sporting events and playing golf, going to concerts, doing anything in nature, traveling anywhere and everywhere, and trying new foods, restaurants, and cooking. I would love to find more time to learn a new language and hope to one day climb Mount Kilimanjaro.
