We provide health, vision, and dental insurance, covering 100% of eligible employees’ medical and dental premiums and contributing toward the cost of dependent coverage. We also provide company-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage. In addition, we offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for health care and dependent or daycare expenses, as well as access to supplemental insurance policies and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Everyone needs the right work-life blend. We offer generous time off (120–200 hours per year), ten paid holidays per year, plus two Recharge Fridays in the summer, and schedule options that can include part-time, seasonal hours, or telecommuting. This year we’re adding an extra day to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, giving our team a three-day Thanksgiving and Christmas break to relax and recharge.
