As Larson Gross’s Learning & Development Manager, I focus on developing our firm’s greatest asset — our people. My role centers on helping team members grow professionally so they can better serve our clients and each other. When we invest in our people, our clients feel the impact.
I work closely with our onboarding team, lead our internship program, and support firmwide initiatives that bring clarity and momentum to key priorities. I’m often connecting the dots, creating structure, and turning ideas into action to help our teams move forward with confidence.
Coaching and development are at the heart of what I do. I’m passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, set meaningful goals, and grow with purpose.
Before joining Larson Gross, I spent 25 years in education as a teacher, administrator, and coach, building strong teams and creating environments where people thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy running, coaching, traveling, and cheering on my two boys at their activities.
