I joined Larson Gross in 2007 with more than ten years of experience in a variety of human resource roles.  While I have had responsibility for a wide range of human resource functions at Larson Gross, today I lead the firm’s coaching and learning & development teams.   

One of the most important tenants of our firm strategy is to “put the development of our team members at the center of everything we do”.   So, every day I get to work with people who care about the development of our team, deepening their technical and non-technical skills, so they can reach their professional goals and serve our clients at the highest level.   

I hold a Professional in Human Resources credential issued by the Society of Human Resource Managers and am a member of Mount Baker Society of Human Resource Managers.  

I love traveling and have explored many places throughout the world, including Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Russia, and Greece. When I’m not jet-setting, you’ll find me at a live musical performance or spending time with my dogs.
