I joined Larson Gross in 2026 after nearly 25 years building businesses, leading transformational initiatives, and helping organizations create value through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic change. My career has taken me from Chicago to Seattle and now to Golden, Colorado, where I live today.
As Chief Growth Officer, I lead the firm’s growth strategy, helping Larson Gross identify new opportunities, strengthen our market position, and deepen relationships with clients, referral partners, and communities. I work across the firm to align our growth initiatives, expand our capabilities, and cultivate an environment where innovation can thrive. Drawing on nearly 25 years of experience building businesses, launching new capabilities, and leading transformational initiatives, I’m passionate about positioning Larson Gross for the future. I’m particularly energized by how technology and artificial intelligence are transforming professional services and creating new possibilities for our clients and our team members.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my wife, exploring Colorado’s outdoors, and spending time with our adult children whenever we can. I’m also an avid reader with a particular interest in leadership, innovation, and the impact of emerging technologies on the future of business.
