Hi, I'm Candace.
I joined Larson Gross in 2007 with more than ten years of experience in a variety of human resource roles. Today, I lead the firm’s search for top-notch talent that would make great additions to the team. I also perform recruiting on behalf of Larson Gross clients — crafting job descriptions, publicizing positions and hosting interviews.
When I’m not recruiting, I spend my time building employee relations, managing benefit offerings and leading the firm’s development strategies. In recent years, I’ve created and executed Learning Communities – an intimate and interactive training program that primarily focuses on improving our team members’ coaching skills.
I hold a Professional in Human Resources credential issued by the Society of Human Resource Managers and am a member of Mount Baker Society of Human Resource Managers. In addition, I sit on the Accounting Advisory Panel for Whatcom Community College.
I love traveling and have explored many places throughout the world, including Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Russia and Greece. When I’m not jet-setting, you’ll find me shopping for home décor and trying new local restaurants.
