Mary Bailey

I joined Larson Gross in 2017 and currently serve as Operations Manager for our Tax Line of Business. I oversee the operational infrastructure of the practice, leading initiatives related to technology, automation, AI-enabled solutions, workflow optimization, capacity planning, and process improvement that help our teams deliver exceptional client service.

I enjoy transforming complex challenges into practical solutions and am passionate about driving continuous improvement across the tax practice. By aligning people, processes, and technology, I help create efficiencies that support our team members, enhance the client experience, and position the practice for continued growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, golfing, paddle boarding, baking sourdough bread, and spending time with my family. Born and raised in Bellingham, I’m proud to call this community home.
