Hi, I'm Megan.

As IT Operations Director at Larson Gross, I help lead the technology systems and support that keep the firm secure, efficient, and connected. With 24 years of experience in IT and three years at Larson Gross, I oversee operational oversight, cybersecurity, vendor management, service desk support, strategy, compliance, cloud systems, AI innovation, digital learning, and business continuity.

I am passionate about making IT approachable and working collaboratively to find practical solutions that support our people and strengthen the overall client experience. I enjoy bringing clarity to complex technology needs and creating secure, reliable, and user-friendly environments that help Larson Gross staff do their best work and serve clients seamlessly.

I believe great IT support is about more than solving problems. It is about building trust, reducing complexity, and helping people feel confident using technology. I take pride in creating an environment where innovation, security, and service go hand in hand.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my family, watching baseball, and making the most of Washington’s beautiful summers.
