Hi, I'm Yira.

I am the Talent Acquisition Manager at Larson Gross, where I support firm-wide hiring and recruiting initiatives across departments. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting, I contribute to the firm by running the internship recruiting program, coordinating hiring efforts, and developing consistent, reliable recruiting processes that support team growth. I enjoy partnering with internal teams to create a thoughtful and efficient hiring experience aligned with the firm’s long-term needs.
When I’m not working, I enjoy creative projects, spending time with my family, and caring for our mini farm.
