I’m a CPA with over a decade of experience, including serving as CFO for a heavy civil contractor in the Wenatchee Valley. With a background in Accounting and Economics from Western Washington University, I specialize in construction and understand firsthand the complexities contractors navigate every day.
I started my accounting career at fourteen years old, stapling handwritten timecards for payroll. With a lot of enthusiasm to offset my lack of experience, I quickly jumped onto the accounting bandwagon and soaked up any knowledge offered to me. Fast forward twenty years, and I’ve built a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry through hands on experience.
Having worked in construction accounting from the ground up, I bring practical insight into everything from job costing and bid proposals to process improvement and financial strategy. I’m especially passionate about helping contractors navigate Washington State compliance requirements, including prevailing wage regulations and bonding considerations. My goal is to help clients streamline operations, strengthen their financial position, and access timely information that supports confident decision-making.
Outside of work, I’m usually chasing after my two daughters, attempting a new DIY project, or enjoying a good latte with a view.
