Jordyn Hettick

My journey with this remarkable firm spans more than a decade, during which I’ve had the chance to contribute across various departments, including Operations, Communications and Marketing. Through the years, I recognized the interplay between these essential functions, understanding how effective communication and operational efficiency are critical to the firm’s overall success. Throughout my years at LG, I’ve had the opportunity to exercise leadership, strategic vision, and develop a deep understanding of the firm’s core values.

Today, as the Chief Operating Officer, I’m entrusted with the key task of aligning our operations with the firm’s strategic goals. I serve on the firm’s Executive Management Team and am responsible for connecting resources and all necessary communication that supports the execution of operational activities, goals, and the firm’s 3-5-year strategy. This includes supporting all operational departments to identify improvement opportunities, challenges and ensure the firm’s strategy is being executed. Day in and day out, I am so honored to have the chance to make a positive impact and drive meaningful change within the organization.

Out of the office, I am likely spending time with friends and family, including my husband and young son. We love to explore together – whether it’s cruising around the San Juan Islands or creating adventures in our own backyard!
